This Orange Fertility Smoothie is a simple, zingy and refreshing smoothie, perfect for those summer evenings or a good kick up the back side in the morning to make you feel ready for the day. The high Vitamin C, antioxidant and amazing Maca Powder content makes this a great smoothie for general health and incredible for your reproductive health. Both men and women alike will benefit from this recipe so make 2 and have one each! Enjoy

Ingredients
- 2 peeled Oranges
- 1 Frozen Banana
- 125ml Almond Milk
- 7 ice cubes
- 1 tsp Maca Powder
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp oats
This is zingy and delicious. It reminds me of a summer fruity cocktail which we have enjoyed on the beach.
The oranges bring a great level of Vitamin C which is fabulous for both male and female fertility. The maca powder has been described as a fertility super food for both sperm and egg health.
We like to use almond milk but this can easily be substituted for coconut water or orange juice if you like these a little sweeter. Also the oats are optional, but we like this for breakfast and this helps add some healthy protein, carbs and fibre.

Step by Step Instructions for the Oasis Orange Fertility Smoothie
Step 1
We love this one a bit thinker…think frozen margarita style. So we like to freeze our banana overnight.
Step 2
Peel and segment your oranges, and peel and chop your banana in half.
Step 3
Add all the ingredients to your blender but only half the liquid and set it to your highest setting. Oranges can be quite difficult so get a nice smooth consistency.
Step 4
Add the 2nd half of the liquid and blend again to create as smooth a consistency as possible. Serve and enjoy immediately.
Step 5
If you’re partner isn’t having the 2nd portion put it in an air tight container and place it in the fridge. Drink within the next 48 hours. just add another 2-3 ice cubes and blend again to revitalise the smoothie.
